You have to take GST on your business name.

Brand Name has nothing to do with GST. Brand name does not neccessarily have to be the business/company name. It can be anything else.

If you want to use any name as the brand name, you have to register a trademark for it. Also, you or your company can own multiple brand names.

A company is an entity which you register with the government whereas brand registry is a process you do on Amazon platform to register your brand on Amazon. Also, you can apply for Brand Registry only if if you have already applied for or have a trademark for that brand, which is also different from company.

Amazon maintains a record of all suspended accounts and its associated details, even if you delete the account. So, if you have deleted the account without getting it reinstated, then Amazon has your details and it knows that your account was suspended.

Now when you create another account with the same details, it can easily detect that you are the same person whose account was suspended in the past and your new account will be suspended. This is an even bigger issue as you have just violated another policy of Amazon which states you can not create multiple seller accounts on Amazon unless the businesses are completely different and independent.

The only way to get the account reinstated now, is to first get the old account reinstated which is not possible as it is now deleted. So, best is to stay clear and to register on Amazon with details never previously used on Amazon. Another important suggestion – Do not use the same device to register on Amazon.
