No, Amazon brand registry is entirely different from setting up a company.
A company is an entity which you register with the government whereas brand registry is a process you do on Amazon platform to register your brand on Amazon. Also, you can apply for Brand Registry only if if you have already applied for or have a trademark for that brand, which is also different from company.
